Linda Pereira is the senior partner and CEO of the L&I Communications Group. In addition to her long and respected career as one of the most influential voices in the Meetings Industry, she is also Executive Director of CPL Meetings & Events. Respected internationally as a speaker, writer, and educator, she has been an invited speaker in over 143 cities and all continents.
Beatriz Santos is a marketing professional with 11 years of experience in Brand Management and Digital Marketing Strategy in the Technology, Luxury, and FMCG industries. Her expertise lies in building successful brands and outlining effective marketing strategies, especially within the digital sphere – she is specialized in multimarket strategies and digital transformation for world-renowned brands. Her passions are very obvious: Disney, wine, technology, and marketing.

Natalia was born in Colombia. Knowmad, lover of books, arts, and makeup. She was a lawyer at some point in her life, (yes, one of those who wear a suit and heels). But when she had the opportunity to work on projects with HR, she decided to leave everything, become a coach, and accompany others to discover that bitter but also very sweet taste of reinventing yourself to pursue a professional dream. She believes in empathy as a change driver!
