The first-ever AWS Community Day in the state of Florida is coming to Miami on October 14, 2026.
Hosted at Florida International University (Modesto A. Maidique Campus), this is a full-day, community-led technology conference bringing together cloud practitioners, developers, architects, students, and tech enthusiasts from across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, and Tampa.
Organized by the AWS User Groups of South Florida, AWS Community Day is a grassroots event built on real-world knowledge sharing. Expect a day packed with technical talks, hands-on sessions, and deep dives into the topics shaping the future of cloud: serverless, generative AI and machine learning, DevOps, security, data, and modern application development.
Whether you’re just starting your cloud journey, preparing for an AWS certification, or leading architecture at scale, you’ll find sessions, conversations, and connections that meet you where you are. Beyond the content, this is a chance to grow your network, meet AWS Heroes, Community Builders, and local leaders, and become part of one of the most active cloud communities in the Southeast.
