The Miami Machine Learning group is hosting a co-hackathon event on behalf of the team at Sensie app.
For context, the team at Sensie has developed a unique method to train a smartphone to detect sources of chronic stress using AI techniques.
The goal of the event is to compete and see who can discover the best ML model to increase the average accuracy of the stress detection signal.
Details of what we’ll do:
Access a large dataset consisting of sensor data from participants from around the world, found in the Sensie teams folder. There will then be a short presentation from the Sensie app team providing an overview of their technology and how they have been able to detect stress using sensor data from a smartphone. There will then be a brief overview of Azure ML platform & models that can be applied to the Sensie dataset to help increase detection accuracy. We will then break into groups, or split off individually and compete to see who can come up with the best prediction model for the Sensie data set.
