Learn how these Miami-natives and brothers launched their business in 2010 in San Francisco, moved the company to Miami, grew it to a 34-person team in 5 years before getting acquired in January of this year. About Brian & Eric Dosal:
The Dosal Brothers, Eric & Brian, founded BrightGauge Software in 2010 out of the need for better reporting and analytics from their existing company’s systems. Born, raised, and living in Miami, FL, they first built BrightGauge out of San Francisco but rebooted and rebuilt the team out of Miami in 2013. Over the following 5 years they grew the self funded business from 4 a person team to a fast growing and highly profitable 34 person team before being acquired by, Thoma Bravo backed, Continuum. This is the second business started and sold by Eric & Brian, with the first being Compuquip Managed Services in 2012. The brothers are now focused on growing their legacy operating company, Compuquip Cybersecurity, as well as launching a new startup in 2019 named Strety.
