Early giving opens 11/14 and donations are accepted 11/14-11/17 with special bonus prizes awarded for donations on 11/17!

Give Miami Day is one of the nation’s biggest 24-hour annual giving events. Hosted by The Miami Foundation since 2012, Give Miami Day helps raise awareness about the critical role nonprofits play in our community.

Refresh Miami is ready to take on the next wave of needs for the Miami tech community. Our primary focus as we head into 2023 is TALENT. We are excitedly working hand in hand with key players in the #MiamiTech community to:

• Expand and improve our job board to ensure our community is aware of the various job opportunities available to them
• Launch a Talent Database where local tech talent can easily add themselves to be considered for opportunities, and for employers to be able to browse and reach out to qualified candidates
• Use the data gathered from cross-referencing the skills in demand on our job board with the skills prevalent in our Talent Database to identify any gaps that exist in the ecosystem
• Work closely with our industry partners to create programmatic solutions to any skills gaps – ensuring local talent has the necessary knowledge to be competitive in the workforce

In addition to investing time in talent sourcing and development, we will continue to serve as the hub of #MiamiTech by:

• Reporting the latest tech & startup news
• Hosting impactful and catalytic events
• Sharing resources we think can propel founders and tech talent forward in their careers and businesses
• Supporting and connecting Women In Miami Tech
• and more!
