At this session, you will learn how to create a website, explore Wix to enhance their businesses, and facilitate business growth.

At the end of the session, you will,

– Gain the skills necessary to create a professional business website using Wix.
– Explore the Wix App Market to discover and utilize valuable apps and tools to enhance their business operations and online presence.
– Learn how to select and customize website templates that align with their business goals and branding.
– Acquire knowledge of other Wix resources that can enhance your website, such as booking systems for streamlined appointment scheduling, e-commerce elements for building online stores, and the creation and management of events.

About our Guest Speaker:

Elery Rojas manages Academic Partnerships at Wix.com, where she assists students in becoming career-ready with a professional online presence and the necessary digital skills to build their portfolios, personal brands, or online businesses. Before joining Wix, Elery spent ten years in Higher Education, supporting students with their academic and career development. She is also a proud MDC Alumni from the Kendall Campus, Class of 2004.
