Linux is one of the most widely used operating systems in the world. High-end banking and retail, governments, telecom companies and more all function on networks that run on Linux, not to mention thousands of apps that power the Internet as a whole.

That’s why companies of all types need well trained Linux experts to help run their systems. In this event, you’ll learn the basics of Linux, including:

Little to no prior experience is required.

Join us for this workshop if you are interested in a career in information technology utilizing Linux. Whether you’re just getting started or considering making a pivot to a new job in IT, this is a terrific free event to learn about the Linux from experts.

There are several career paths to choose from, ranging from technical hands-on to documentation and systems strategy. A wide variety of roles in systems management, troubleshooting, developers, security experts and less professional roles like audit, risk, privacy, and compliance. This event will help you figure it all out!
