Sunshine State Founders: Very Big Things

January 22, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and the Space Coast: Some of Florida’s thriving ecosystems for entrepreneurs. But what success stories come from these metros?

Join General Assembly as we gather to meet the humans behind the startups. We will talk to the founders, ask them how they got here, dig into the launch of the business, how they found product market fit and what’s coming up to scale.

Each time, a founder from one of the Sunshine State metros will be interviewed by another founder. An event for founders by founders.

*This time*

Meet Chris Stegner from Very Big Things. Very Big Things is the crescendo of a journey that began after my his first startup was acquired at the age of 13. He has been a serial entrepreneur, CTO, VC firm partner and awarded “technology entrepreneur of the year” by the city of Miami. In 2018, Chris launched Very Big Things—an award winning digital products design and development agency.

Himself and six partners created Very Big Things with foolishly high ambitions, and in under two years have grown it to 65+ people, offices in 3 countries, 30 prestigious international awards, and recognition that we are seeing things for ourselves and our clients that no one has before.
