That’s why we are hosting “Taming your inner-critic: tools for self-compassion,” where you will learn what self-compassion is and why it is important for career growth. Additionally, we’ll help you see that self-criticism is not conducive to advancement and we will practice breathing techniques to help ease the mind 🙌🏽 .
