An interactive speaker panel + workshop aimed at learning tools and tactics to keep the human connection alive in your teams during our “new normal” of virtual work.
Humans are social beings by nature and when we don’t feel connected to each other, a lot is at risk. For many companies, switching suddenly to remote work due to the global pandemic has been both a blessing and a challenge. Tight-knit teams that once were able to enjoy happy hours, coffee breaks, team lunches, or even just sharing space are feeling the effects of not being able to physically be together as a team.
In this panel-workshop, we will hear from three unique leaders who have been actively working on keeping the human connection alive in their teams as a way to ensure the company culture doesn’t suffer. We will also put some of these ideas into practice through breakout sessions with participants who would like to really work on the human connection, so come prepared to participate! You never know who you might meet!
