SUMMARY:Designing AI-Native Engineering Workflows
DESCRIPTION:AI is already embedded in most engineering teams. The real question is whether it’s being used intentionally and positively impacting how work gets done. This session will be a working conversation on how to intentionally integrate AI into core engineering workflows\, including sprint cycles\, code review\, documentation\, and cross-functional collaboration. The focus is on designing systems\, not just adopting tools. \n​Ben Sharpe will lead the discussion. Ben is an Apple and Microsoft alum\, former CTO at CoinList\, and founder of Codebake\, with over 37 years of engineering experience. He has built and scaled complex systems and led technical execution across multiple generations of products. \n​Together\, we’ll focus on: \n​Workflow architecture for AI-native teams \n​Establishing shared prompting standards across engineers \n​Preventing fragmented\, ad hoc AI usage across teams \n​Creating consistency across product\, engineering\, and operations \n​This is an intimate\, high-signal session for operators actively thinking about how engineering organizations evolve in an AI-native world.
