Whether you know it or not, Salesforce likely plays a major role in your day-to-day life. The company is synonymous with the term CRM, acting as the customer relationship cornerstone for over 150,000 businesses worldwide. Driving billions in revenue annually, it is an essential tool for companies aiming to streamline their operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

The problem with Salesforce? It’s powerful but complicated, and finding top talent to navigate the choppy CRM waters can be tough.
Yet Miami startups can fret no longer, thanks to a firm led by three big names in #MiamiTech.
Founded by Javier Ramirez in September 2020, Inforge is already making waves by connecting Saleseforce talent from Latin America with businesses in the United States.
Ramirez started his journey as a freelance Salesforce developer. “I began as a contractor on Upwork, quickly gaining a reputation for exceeding client expectations,” Ramirez told Refresh Miami. Recognizing the growing demand for Salesforce expertise, he decided to build a team of skilled developers from LatAm, focusing on delivering innovative solutions across various industries.

Joining Ramirez in this endeavor are Felipe Sommer and Alan Bebchik, each bringing their unique expertise to the table. Sommer, co-founder of the Miami EdTech giant Nearpod and an investor or advisor for numerous startups, shared his enthusiasm for Inforge’s mission: “Building Nearpod was an incredible journey, and I’m excited to bring that same passion and innovation to Inforge.”
Alan Bebchik, the VP of Business Development & Partnerships, brings over a decade of experience from roles at tech giants like Google and Uber – and most recently as Country Manager for Mexican unicorn Nowports. He emphasizes Miami’s thriving tech ecosystem as a significant advantage. “Miami’s tech scene is flourishing, allowing us to support local businesses while tapping into the vast opportunities of the American market,” asserted Bebchik.
Inforge’s success is not just about strategic location but also about nurturing talent. The firm has established a program it calls “La Masia,” a program inspired by FC Barcelona’s famed training academy, to groom young, talented individuals from LatAm.

“We bring in college graduates, provide them with our training materials, and develop them into Salesforce consultants,” explained Bebchik. This initiative not only offers opportunities to LatAm talent but also provides American businesses with high-quality services at competitive costs.
The firm’s projects typically begin with a discovery phase, followed by a detailed solution design, incremental development, and rigorous testing before final deployment and training. “Our goal is to automate clunky manual processes, ensuring data is not lost and operations run smoothly,” Ramirez explained.
Inforge caters to a diverse clientele that includes tech companies, educational institutions, non-profits, and manufacturing firms.
Looking ahead, Inforge’s leadership is excited about the firm’s growth and future opportunities. Bebchik highlighted the extensive Salesforce ecosystem and the potential for Inforge to continue expanding its reach: “The opportunities are immense, and we’re committed to capitalizing on them while maintaining our camaraderie and passion for innovation.”
Ramirez is particularly enthusiastic about professional growth for his team. “Our talent is hungry for achievement, and we’re dedicated to providing them with challenging projects that foster rapid development,” he noted.
Sommer, reflecting on his 20 years in Miami’s tech scene, sees a bright future for Inforge. “I believe we will evolve into product development, identifying key market needs and creating solutions that make a significant impact.”
