Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for execution and implementation of digital media marketing programs to build awareness of the College and its programs.  Initiatives include digital media planning, monitoring online campaigns and analytical recaps.

Duties & Responsibilities

•Develops digital marketing campaigns including tasks such as keyword research and copy creation
•Coordinates the production process with in-house creative resources and members of the communications team
•Researches and analyzes digital media and vendors and agencies
•Manages trafficking of promotion assets such as web ads and e-blasts
•Monitors performance and conversion across all online campaigns
•Assists with reporting, collecting data, performance analysis and generating reports
•Maintains activities on department’s social channel and website
•Keeps abreast of trends and best practices in email and digital marketing, including mobile marketing
•Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in  a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the field
•All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
•Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and database software applicable to the department
•Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
•Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
•Possess digital media buying experience
•Ability to calculate ROI for all marketing campaigns
•Understanding of CTR and CPA for digital marketing campaigns
•Familiarity with bulk email software such as Lyris HQ or other email service providers
•Knowledge of Google Analytics
•Possess self-motivational and self-starter skills
•Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment with students, faculty and staff
