How you’ll contribute

  • Define robust data-driven processes designed to identify trends and surface unique insights from marketing data sets 

  • Lead the creation, analysis, and interpretation of data visualizations and use statistical techniques to develop actionable insights for complex business challenges

  • Partner closely with the Director of Performance Marketing to ensure insights are rapidly translated into actions to optimize the Performance Marketing & Acquisition program

  • Own revenue projections and modeling for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning

  • Create and analyze lift-based/incrementality experiments across Performance Marketing channels (Facebook, Search, YouTube, OTT, etc.)

  • Analyze customer journey data to identify key indicators of intent and areas of friction

  • Enrich data to deepen Eight Sleeps understanding of user acquisition and improve performance at the portfolio and channel level

  • Lead the development/improvement of Eight Sleeps attribution model and key indicators of success 

What you’ll need to succeed 

  • 4+ years of experience with data / growth analytics

  • B.S. or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative related field preferred

  • Extensive experience and knowledge in Looker, Tableau, or similar business intelligence software

  • Experience with third-party web & mobile analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Segment, or Amplitude

  • A data-driven approach to performance marketing and experience utilizing large data sets to inform strategic decision making 

  • Be an Independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning a high level of responsibility
