The Product organization is at the forefront of Brex's mission to reimagine financial systems so all growing businesses can realize their full potential. We identify and scope out the most impactful opportunities for Brex to tackle. We have a deep understanding of the business and are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams across the company around key decisions. We work cross-functionally with teams at Brex across engineering, legal, compliance, design, and many more to set strategy, define a roadmap, and drive products from inception to launch to ensure Brex continues to evolve for the benefit of our customers.

What you’ll do

You’ll be joining the Mobile team – a cross functional group of product managers, designers, and engineers – working to scale the Brex app to thousands of businesses and their employees. This role will be focused primarily on growth, acquisition, and re-engagement of the mobile product

As a member of the Product Management team at Brex, you will be responsible for owning the roadmap and strategy of the app, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders, and creating product features and initiatives that enable people working at startups and large companies to discover Brex and easily start spending to grow their business. Our team is committed to creating a driven and diverse company with ambitious people from wide-ranging backgrounds.


  • Own and lead the strategy for growth of new users for the Brex mobile app. Working to achieve both conversion rate improvements as well as new channels for web user to convert
  • Define new products and features by working closely with engineering, design, data and operations to launch them. Drive strategy for critical features including but not limited to mobile onboarding, notifications, and email.
  • Create clear goals for the team. Efficiently execute to ship product and deliver impact for our business and customers.
  • Lead large, cross-functional groups of people to deliver on the team’s mission. Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.


  • Highly analytical, with experience with A/B testing, evaluating user funnels, and launching new features
  • Strong in both the art and science of growth: knowing when to lean on numbers and experimentation, and when to dream big and find a new direction.
  • Obsess about continuous product improvement based on customer feedback and data
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for detailed articulations of problems we face as a business and how to solve them
