The Role
We are currently seeking a Revenue & Business Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing and dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, focus, meticulous organizational skills, and discipline. The ideal candidate possesses understanding of analytic, customer success, marketing, and sales principles. Passion for the Web3 space is a plus. He/She is a team player who is eager to pitch in where needed to ensure smooth scaling of our revenue & business operations. This is a remote role working across the company, but as a member of the Revenue organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the company to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative manner; effectively communicate findings and follow through to completion
  • Own and maintain analytic support for the core Revenue & Business Operations team
  • Help identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and prepare for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
  • Manage customer data using various data sources & reporting in both HubSpot and Tableau; carry out strategic plans based on data informed decisions
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet the Revenue Team’s requirements
  • Supporting ad-hoc Revenue Operations projects
  • Advise on new business growth strategies, existing business retention & GTM expansion opportunities using models and analytics
  • Design, develop, and deliver robust and scalable reporting using tools such as HubSpot and Tableau

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc
  • 3-5+ years experience working in a corporate finance, sales/revenue operations, or similar role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and/or a startup environment a plus, especially within Web3
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets required
  • 2+ years experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Experience with NetSuite a plus
  • Impeccable focus and attention to detail with appreciation for solving complex, unstructured problems
  • Experience with Sales & Customer Success tools to optimize customer engagement and management, CRM processes, and business intelligence
  • Proven ability to leverage large sets of unstructured data in synthesizing business insights
  • Self starter & critical thinker, motivated to work independently, prioritize, and reliably meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of integrity, morality, and confidentiality around sensitive information
  • Ability to liaise between all parts of the business including engineering, sales & customer success, marketing, finance, and the C-Suite
