Marketing at Brex

The Marketing team tells the Brex story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, PMM, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.


  • Manage our marketing technology stack including Marketo
  • Establish and optimize marketing processes to ensure we are operating at peak efficiency with flawless execution
  • Plan, configure and execute marketing campaigns in a timely manner; own and manage the email calendar
  • Develop and optimize automated always-on nurture and lead scoring programs
  • Collaborate with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, GTM ops and SDRs to continuously improve the quality and accuracy of leads received
  • Coordinate with the business systems and GTM operations teams to ensure successful system and process integration with other departments and SFDC
  • Establish and provide ongoing analytics and insight on database health and campaign performance
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing effectiveness 
  • Serve as a custodian of the Brex customer experience, including compliance with data and privacy regulations 


  • 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS; minimum 5+ in marketing operations
  • Marketo certified; minimum of three certificates and recognized by the Marketo user community. Marketo Champion or Fearless 50 awards strongly preferred
  • Experience with ABM, inbound marketing, event technology and web analytics
  • Expertise with email privacy laws, setting up marketing automation rules and processes to abide by those laws
  • Experience designing and implementing nurture campaigns
  • First-rate project management, teamwork, interpersonal and relationship management skills
