Lead/Senior Game Developer

We’re building a Metaverse Building Platform. Our project is nothing short of highly ambitious and will be groundbreaking if we succeed. Our founding team brings in experience from SpaceX, university-level software development teaching, multiple Founders Fund portfolio work, and being a captain in the army. We aim to build a fun, values-driven culture (honesty and integrity) where we have a blast and laugh a ton. We have some of the best investors in the world: This will require tons of work form a highly-motivated. and driven individual, but it will all be handsomely rewarded. We’re looking for: • Strong game development experience • Strong game engine development experience in 3D (3D is a must) • No degree required if candidate has strong game development experience. 7+ years needed for lead role, 5+ for senior Responsibilities • Works with other engineers to architect and develop game systems: 3D rendering, client-server networking, integration with backend services Nice to Have/Preferred: • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities • A passion for virtual worlds and crypto We’re located in Miami. We’re open to remote for contract work, but for W2 conversion, we will request in-person presence a few days per week in Miami.
