Miami-based software startup RingLogix raises $3M

RingLogix, a Miami-based white-label UCaaS provider, raised $3M in Series A funding. MK Capital made the investment.

RingLogix seeks strengthen its position as one of the fast-growing software companies enabling managed service providers (MSPs) to brand and resell unified communications as a service (UCaaS), a cloud-based solution that integrates communication features, applications, and services into one platform. The global UCaaS market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 23.6% from 2021 to 2028 and reach USD $210 billion by 2028 according to Grand View Research, Inc.

Led by CEO Albert Diaz, RingLogix developed RingOS, a service delivery platform that enables Channel Partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to quote, activate, bill, and support their own branded VoIP and UC services. RingLogix, founded in 2019, currently powers more than 350 providers and nearly 50,000 users, the company said.

“This investment represents the next chapter in the RingLogix story. Since the company’s founding, we have proven our technology with hundreds of MSPs with very low churn rates and high levels of customer satisfaction,” said Diaz.

The investment will be used to “turbocharge” product development, Diaz said. RingLogix previously raised $1.5 million in seed funding in 2019.

“RingLogix was directly in our sweet spot and we feel that with the market momentum the company has, along with its superior leadership and the increasing importance of MSPs in purchasing decisions, RingLogix is well-positioned for years of rapid growth and success,” said Bret Maxwell, managing general partner of MK Capital.
