High-growth industries like private equity, venture capital, and technology rely on legal teams to process complex corporate documents quickly and accurately. Yet traditional workflows are slow, expensive, and prone to human error.
Enter Aracor AI, a Miami-based legal tech startup led by Katya Fisher [pictured above], which has just secured $4.5 million in pre-seed funding to tackle these inefficiencies with AI-driven solutions. The investment, led by Coconut Grove-based Fuel Venture Capital, aims to accelerate the development of AI-powered tools designed to streamline contract review and due diligence.
Aracor AI’s platform enables in-house legal teams to manage thousands of pages of legal documents with greater speed and precision. By leveraging its proprietary language model, the company ensures data privacy while offering contract analysis and seamless workflows. The goal is clear: reduce the time and cost associated with legal processes without sacrificing accuracy or security.
The platform offers tools like automated redaction, customizable contract review rules, and an integration with Microsoft Word, enabling users to review, edit, and analyze contracts within their existing workflows.
“First, as both an early adopter and as a frequent user, I have experienced firsthand how Aracor AI has supported our fund to expedite contract review, streamline due diligence, and negotiate with greater insight and confidence,” Maggie Vo, managing general partner and chief investment officer at Fuel Venture Capital, shared in a statement.

“As a female General Partner, it’s deeply meaningful to support a passionate and forward-thinking female CEO and co-founder like Katya Fisher, cheering her and bringing her vision to life – even when the whole world might not fully see it yet,” Vo continued.
“Together, we are championing diversity in tech and innovation while strengthening the South Florida innovation ecosystem,” added Vo. “And as an investor, I am excited to join Aracor AI’s journey early, and drive its exponential growth as the company continues to unlock the true potential of the AI technology in the legal world.”
“Partnering with Fuel Venture Capital marks a pivotal moment for Aracor AI,” commented Fisher. “Their investment and strategic guidance will empower us to bring our groundbreaking AI solutions to more businesses worldwide, helping them reach their full potential and achieve transformative outcomes.”
The funding will help Aracor AI expand its reach and enhance its platform, focusing on further AI development, market expansion, and bolstering security measures.
Aracor AI’s early adopters include private equity and venture capital firms, as well as SaaS companies looking for a more efficient way to handle legal workflows. And Aracor AI’s advisory board includes legal heavyweights like Revlon’s General Counsel David J. Schwartz and former Yale Law professor Jules Coleman.
