In a small room, with little more than notepads and ambition, the drvn journey began. What started as a modest operation has grown into a global force in corporate ground transportation, trusted by Fortune 500 companies and prestigious events like the Latin Grammys. For Benjamin Berard, drvn’s Business Travel Manager, this meteoric rise is in large part thanks to the company’s commitment to excellence at every turn.
“We started with three people scribbling ride requests on napkins,” he said. “Now, we’re orchestrating complex global logistics.”

Despite the pandemic bringing much of the travel world to a standstill, drvn leveraged its integrated services and proprietary technology to thrive. Since 2020, the company has sustained 40% year-over-year growth. By 2024, they were averaging hundreds of rides daily across continents.
A significant part of drvn’s success lies in its ability to simplify an inherently complex process. A notable example is drvn’s real-time dispatch system. This patented technology enables live updates and re-routing to avoid delays – a stark comparison to its competitors’ static GPS-based ride services.
At the heart of drvn’s offering is a streamlined platform that allows corporate clients to upload detailed passenger manifests for events – whether for 10 or 1,000 people – with a single click. Once uploaded, the system handles everything, from flight groupings to automated text updates. This frictionless approach to logistics has made drvn gain particular traction in the market for high-profile events.
When asked about the future, Joseph Keith, Director of Revenue and Growth, highlighted drvn’s ongoing expansion. “Our global footprint is growing rapidly, especially in Europe and Eastern Europe,” he said. With offices in the Dominican Republic and plans to solidify their European presence, the company aims to set the global standard for luxury and reliability in transportation logistics.
Keith, who has a track record of building and selling tech companies, understands the importance of innovation first-hand. His expertise in mobile apps and AI has played a crucial role in drvn’s ascent. He noted that AI-powered tools are already enhancing drvn’s operations, providing employees and customers with more personalized interactions and smarter resource management.

Corporate travel to Miami alone has surged by 38% year-over-year, reflecting the broader trend of businesses seeking face-to-face connections. Berard emphasized the company’s ties to the city. “We care about our market share, but we care even more about our community,” he said. drvn’s ability to handle high-profile events like eMerge Americas and Formula 1 underscores its role in Miami’s rise as a global business hub.
But for drvn, growth is not solely about numbers: It’s about maintaining the precision and customer-first mentality that got them here. “Our ambition comes from being a minority-owned company that started small,” Berard shared. “We’ve built something exceptional, and we’re proving that we can impact every market we enter. The future for drvn is so bright, and we look forward to making it happen.”
