Influur raises $10M Series A to fuel influencer marketing innovation

By Riley Kaminer

Miami-based influencer platform Influur today announced a $10 million Series A fundraise led by Point72 Ventures and Miami-based HTwenty Capital.

The platform, founded by Alessandra Angelini, Valeria Angelini, Paula Coleman and Fefi Oliveira, aims to revolutionize the way brands connect with influencers while empowering creators with fintech tools and data-driven analytics.

Additional investors in this round include high-profile names like Sofia Vergara, Thalía, and Daniel Gutenberg; Magma Partners, Daedalus, IGNIA, Redwood, Vamos Ventures, Amplifica Capital, and Daniel Gutenberg; and previous Miami-based investor IDC Ventures. Overall, including this latest announcement, Influur has raised $20 million.

With 30,000 verified influencers and 5,000 active brands – including MasterCard, TikTok, Shark Ninja, L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, and more – across 11 countries, Influur has quickly established itself as a key player in the influencer marketing space. High-profile influencers such as Lele Pons and Twan Kuyper are already using the platform to land brand deals. This year, Influur shared that it has seen an 83% increase in its verified influencer base and a 200% rise in brand spend on influencer-powered campaigns.

As co-founder and CEO Alessandra Angelini told Refresh Miami, Influur was born out of necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic: “One of our co-founders, Fefi, was growing rapidly on TikTok but struggled to find brand deals. We saw a clear gap between influencers and brands and decided to create a solution.” From this initial spark, Influur has grown into a global community that connects brands and creators at scale.

The newly raised capital will be used to enhance Influur’s technology, expand its team, and roll out a series of features aimed at both influencers and brands. At the forefront is a unique AI-powered recommendation system that helps brands design influencer campaigns and predict their success.

“Performance is the biggest pain point for brands in influencer marketing,” Angelini explained. “Our new AI tool analyzes thousands of data points to help brands lower the risk of poor performance and maximize their return on investment.”

On the influencer side, Influur is introducing new features like AI-powered media kits and advanced analytics tools to help creators better manage their businesses. The company has also launched Influur Premium, a $30/month subscription service that provides influencers with exclusive professional tools, including insights on their performance and access to top-tier brand deals.

According to Angelini, this combination of marketplace services and fintech capabilities is part of what sets Influur apart from traditional influencer agencies. “The marketplace model allows us to move quickly and efficiently,” Angelini noted. “When influencers register on our platform, they receive notifications immediately when a brand wants to work with them, which is a game-changer in terms of speed. Brands can’t wait around for days or weeks to find the right creator, especially in industries like music where timing is everything.”

Miami has been a crucial part of Influur’s journey. Our city’s role as a gateway to Latin America has given the company a unique position to serve both U.S. and Latin American markets.

“We were born in Miami during COVID, and it’s been the perfect location for us,” Angelini said. “Our platform connects U.S. brands with influencers in Latin America, and vice versa. Miami is a natural bridge between these two markets.”

Currently, around 20 of the company’s 100 employees are based in Miami. Influur has plans to hire 30 more employees by the end of the year, expanding its Miami team as it continues to develop new features for its platform.

“Influur’s innovative approach, combining marketplace and fintech services, is revolutionizing how brands and influencers connect,” IDC Ventures’ managing partner Jaclyn Baumgarten shared with Refresh Miami.

“What excites me most is their ability to penetrate a unique demographic by bridging U.S. brands with Hispanic influencers, creating new opportunities for both markets,” Baumgarten continued. “This next phase of expansion, along with their AI-powered technology, will further reshape the influencer marketing landscape.”

“When I see the demos and tools we’re building today, I’m confident we’ll be number one in fixing the biggest issues in influencer marketing—speed and performance,” Angelini said.
