Funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration’s Good Jobs Challenge, Miami Tech Works is a community-wide initiative focused on building a sustainable tech talent pipeline. Uniting employers, educators and community-based organizations, our aim is to create economic impact for South Florida employers of all sizes.

As an employer, there is no cost to participate in the coalition. Meetings occur monthly on Zoom, and in-person meetings are held bi-monthly. Joining the coalition is your chance to make a difference and ensure your company can find, hire, and thrive with locally-sourced, tech-focused employees.
