During this workshop\, we’ll cover best practices and practical examples that can be used in real world situations.  \nTopics covered: \n\nYour role as Product Manager \nBuilding your product roadmap \nThe feature development process \nThe career path of a Product Manager \nLessons from 10 years in the field \n\nAshley’s goal is for every single participant to walk away with at least 3 specific learnings they can apply at work right away. She’ll also share some of her favorite Product Management resources.  \nAudience: \nThe workshop is open to anybody who is currently a PM or has the goal of becoming one within a year. It’s ideal for people who are at the beginning of their careers as PMs. \nAbout the instructor: \nAshley is the Vice President of Product Management at Dollar Shave Club\, an online men’s grooming and lifestyle business. She’s been creating engaging digital experiences for over 10 years. Prior to joining Dollar Shave Club\, Ashley oversaw the consumer experience at DogVacay and was head of mobile at eHarmony.  \nUnder Ashley’s leadership\, the Dollar Shave Club app won the 2017 Webby Award for Best Shopping App and the Webby’s People’s Voice Award for Best User Interface. The Dollar Shave Club app and the DogVacay app were both selected as “Best New App” by iTunes. The eHarmony iPad HD app was a Webby Award Honoree.  \nAshley has spoken at a number of conferences including Open Mobile Summit\, Mobile Ventures Summit\, and Mobile Apps Unlocked.
