His work can be found in the collections of NSU Art Museum\, Rubell Museum\, ICA Miami\, El Espacio 23: Collection of Jorge Perez\, Miami-Dade County Art in Public Places\, among others. McGriff was a winner of the 2021 South Florida Cultural Consortium Fellowship and the recipient of the 2022 Florida Prize in Contemporary Art. He is currently based in Miami\, Florida.

One Friday morning per month\, CM features a talk from a creative professional – free and open to the public! \nAndrea is captain of Team Witch Doctor on Discovery Channel’s BattleBots. She has 20 years of experience in combat robotics\, winning a number of national titles. Andrea recently presented at the Kennedy Space Center on designing for damage and redundancy\, and has spoken on discussion panels for a variety of audiences. She is also co-founder of MakeMIA Makerspace and a strong proponent of the Maker movement.\nAndrea most recently worked in research and development at Zimmer Biomet\, where she has focused on upper extremity trauma for the past 11 years and has been awarded several utility patents. Andrea received her BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami. \nThis month’s talk is accompanied by a special exhibition at the Gallery in the venue\, followed by a live robotics competition to give participants a first-hand experience of the combat robotics sport!
