In fact\, last year  just 11% of the total VC that came into South FL went to companies with at least one female founder. At a national level\, Black entrepreneurs received less than 2% of all VC dollars\, while LGBTQ+ individuals are about 17-21% less represented in the STEM workforce when compared to the percentage of the population that they make up. \nAt Venture Café Miami\, we are deeply committed to fostering a more diverse and inclusive innovation ecosystem.
