Techstars Miami Powered by J.P. Morgan has selected 12 startups for its Fall Class of 2024. They represent various industries including biotech, musictech, IoT, AI, fintech, healthtech, e-commerce and ESG compliance.
“These companies have been selected for their innovative approaches and potential to disrupt their respective markets,” said Techstars Miami’s Founding Managing Director Andres Barreto. “The startups demonstrate a profound understanding of customer needs, the ability to execute swiftly, and the potential to become $1 billion+ revenue businesses. This cohort exemplifies our commitment to helping founders achieve product-market fit faster and scale their ventures.”
Of the 12 companies selected, two are based in Miami — VendorConnect and Fivvy. The 3-month accelerator, which kicks off in September, is hybrid, with at least the initial week and the final week in December, along with Demo Day, taking place in Miami.
Here is a list of all 12 startups:
BioReact: AI-driven analytics software for R&D scientists.
CaiCreative: AI-driven composing environment that simplifies music production for non-technical musicians. It overcomes the complexity of DAWs and empowers users to create and edit music effortlessly.
Cosito: Physical world insights for businesses, powered by AI sensors.
Fivvy: Real-time insights into customer behavior and market trends by analyzing user device metadata, enabling businesses to optimize marketing and accelerate growth.
Climatta: Simplified ESG compliance for businesses with an easy-to-use platform.
Galilei: Boost your frontline training with gamified learning and real-life application.
HyperVention: AI platform that personalizes drug schedules for hypertensive patients.
Kindlee: Debiasing tools for high-risk AI/ML use cases, making inclusion profitable and ensuring fairness while complying with AI regulations.
Konvas AI: AI agents that automate marketing and boost sales for e-commerce brands.
Roger: Real-time flight advice for pilots to enhance safety and efficiency.
VendorConnect: Automated document processing for logistics operators, solving slow, costly, and error-prone manual data entry to help small and mid-sized companies scale efficiently.
Stealth Company: In the AI and defense space.
Techstars Miami launched its first accelerator program two years ago. It is unclear if this cohort will be the last cohort under Techstars Miami in any form. There are no upcoming cohorts listed on the website, and Barreto declined to comment.
