The coworking wave is moving north.

Like its other spaces, Büro Hollywood features a mix of private suites and open workspaces. Büro members also can use meeting spaces, conference rooms and lounge areas and can take part in monthly workshops and receive discounts at local restaurants and shops.
Over a dozen companies have already moved into Büro Hollywood since its opening last week. Memberships range from $200 per month for an open desk to $4,000 per month for a dedicated 12-person suite.
“We are thrilled with our beautiful new Hollywood space and all the positive momentum in the neighborhood,” said Büro founder and CEO Michael Feinstein. “Harrison Street is emerging as a vibrant and creative hub with lots of hip restaurants, shops and cafes. We are proud to be an anchor tenant there and our opening should help attract other businesses and operators to the area.”
