Len Dugow is a man with a vision, and it’s one that’s rapidly coming to fruition in the world of South Florida real estate. As the founder and CEO of DASH, Dugow and his team of eight (three of whom are based in South Florida) toward creating a platform that aims to change the way real estate agents work with new property developments.
In an interview with Refresh Miami, Dugow shared insights into DASH’s progress and the road ahead. “We’re about seven or eight months into the launch, with Florida as our pilot market,” he said. The company, which helps residential real estate agents find and share new development inventory, began in the tri-county area and has been expanding throughout the state. Currently, they have around 325 projects on the platform and over 6,000 agent subscribers, with 1,700 paying for the platform.
DASH has recently been endorsed by two industry organizations – the Master Broker Forum and the Miami Association of Realtors. “These partnerships validate our mission to enhance the efficiency of agents by providing them with up-to-date and accurate information on new projects,” Dugow noted.
The platform is tailored specifically for new developments, which include condominiums, hotel condos, townhouses, single-family homes, and townhomes. Unlike other platforms that feature resale properties, DASH focuses solely on new projects. This unique approach has attracted national, regional, and local developers who see the value in showcasing their developments directly to licensed agents responsible for the majority of new sales.
The motivation behind DASH is clear: to simplify the convoluted landscape of real estate transactions, particularly in the post-COVID era. Dugow, who has spent over 25 years in marketing and branding for residential developers, pivoted to create DASH with the goal of making agents’ jobs easier and more efficient. “We’re beginning to realize the things we hoped to accomplish,” he explained. “Our data helps developers understand trends and new directions in marketing their projects.”

Dugow noted that the Florida real estate market, particularly for new developments, remains robust. Despite concerns about oversaturation, he pointed out that a significant portion of available inventory consists of older buildings requiring mandatory 40-year recertifications. This has driven a demand for new developments, making DASH’s focus on this segment particularly timely.
Looking ahead, DASH plans to expand beyond Florida. By the first quarter of 2025, they aim to launch in New York, starting with Manhattan, followed by the other New York boroughs. The second half of 2025 will see DASH entering the Los Angeles market. This strategic expansion is designed to capitalize on high-activity markets that have a strong demand for new developments.
One of the features Dugow is most excited about is DASH Exchange. This tool will allow content from DASH to be integrated into the websites of large brokerages in international markets. “We’re in the process of creating DASH Exchange to meet the demand from brokers outside the U.S. who have clients interested in American real estate,” Dugow said.
Dugow also shared that DASH, which is currently cashflow positive, is nearing the completion of a $1 million angel round of funding, with plans to raise a Series A round in the second quarter of 2025.
“We’re here to make agents’ lives easier and to streamline the process of accessing new developments,” said Dugow. “And we’re just getting started.”
