Curious about what is takes to start building a website?
Join us for a practical web development workshop delivered by one of our Ironhack instructors. We will help you learn the basics and see just how far you can go by understanding the building blocks of website.
Have your computer ready and follow the exercises taught by one of our Web Development Teacher Assistants, Dustin Hurtt. This is a beginner friendly workshop. No prior web development knowledge is required.
**In this in-person workshop we’ll cover:**
* Why HTML & CSS is so important to web development
* How to use CSS to make web pages stand out
* Build a landing page using semantic HTML with a mobile first mindset
* Style it to match the latest trends and aesthetics using modern
* CSS Deploy it to a cloud provider so that it’s reachable by anyone in the world

By the end of the class you’ll have the basic knowledge and resources to continue your exploration of web development.
