Doors open at 7:30 AM for early networking. A delicious breakfast spread is included in your ticket—featuring fresh fruit, artisanal sandwiches, coffee, and juice. The meeting starts promptly at 8:15 AM and officially ends at 10:15 AM, with the space available for an additional 45 minutes of open networking until 11:00 AM.

Tony Cho is the CEO and Founder of Cho Ventures, Future of Cities, and ChoZen Retreats. He is widely recognized as an impact entrepreneur and regenerative placemaker, with a track record of building inclusive, equitable, and sustainable urban ecosystems.

As an early visionary behind the Wynwood Arts District and a founding member of the Wynwood Business Improvement District, Tony has played a central role in transforming Miami’s cultural and innovation landscape. His leadership earned him the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leader of the Year Award in 2011.

Today, Tony continues to shape the future of cities through initiatives such as the Climate & Innovation Hub at The Hub Miami and the Phoenix Arts & Innovation District, where he advances climate solutions, innovation, and community-based development.

Beyond urban development, Tony is deeply committed to environmental preservation and regenerative living. Through ChoZen Air and ChoZen Farm, he has forged key partnerships with organizations including Wildpath and Path of the Panther to protect Florida wildlife and conserve critical ecosystems. His philanthropic work, including the M1 Community Fund and the Cho Family Foundation, supports small business resilience and environmental stewardship.

Parking:

Best place to park is street parking on the cross streets of 4th Ct (75th, 76th St). To enter the Glassbox area, go through the main courtyard of Miami Ironside, and continue left outdoors to see the Glassbox entrance.
