[Webinar] – (English) – How to create a Safe Environment at work

In this webinar, we have invited a former Ironhack alumni, who is know a consultant developer at Thoughtworks and an active asset at many social communities, to talk about how to create a SAFE environment at work. Along with Mónica, our very own Sofía Dalponte, UX/UI curriculum owner at Ironhack and part of our inclusivity committee will be hosting the event.

Mónica is a telecommunication engineer who decided to change careers a few years ago. She has a passionate interest in the development of a product from beginning to end, and loves being able to collaborate with different communities at Thoughtworks, not only technical ones but about social impact as well.

Sofía is a Latin-American experience designer living in Europe. Coming from a mixed background in Design and social sciences, Sofía specializes in instructional design. She joined Ironhack 4 years ago as a student to “come back to design”. She collaborated with the education team in a variety of roles: Teacher Assistant, Lead Teacher, Curriculum Manager, and finally Lead Learning Designer. Right now, she faces the big challenge of developing fast-track educational product for the tech industry, while ensuring very high standards and outcomes. She’s a feminist and activist for body-positive, sex-positive, LGTIQ+, and gender equality causes across borders.
