Just announced: EndeavorLAB cohort of women founders. Let’s meet them.

Private concert experiences. Hormone health for women with the help of AI. Finding a home with a TikTok-like assist.

These are just a few of the startups that will be participating in the latest cohort of EndeavorLAB, created to support underrepresented founders in building a solid foundation for scale. Endeavor Miami’s newest cohort, announced this week, is made up of 11 Miami-based, women-led businesses and is powered by Venture Miami. The EndeavorLAB cohort for Women Founders will provide local entrepreneurs with tools and services to scale faster.

“We’re mobilizing our vast resources and networks, becoming the wind beneath the wings of these trailblazers, amplifying their potential to scale upwards,” says Claudia Duran, Managing Director of Endeavor Miami. “Endeavor takes immense pride in fostering their journey towards remarkable milestones, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with them as they transform vision into reality.”

To be selected, companies had to have found product market fit and be generating at most $500K in annual revenues, be based in Miami, and led by women who embodied Endeavor’s values of coachability, transparency, and paying it forward.

The 11 businesses represent sectors including Proptech, Consumer Tech, Femtech, Healthtech, Fintech and HR Tech. These companies are projecting to generate just over $3 million in revenue by the end of the year and employ over 60 people, Endeavor Miami says. Bucking the odds, these female founders cumulatively have raised nearly $12 million in funding since their inception.
