South Florida founder creates the ChatGPT of Romance, your love relationship manager

By Anayansy Hernandez

If you have a special someone, but struggled to make captivating plans this Valentine’s Day, you’re not alone, as thousands of other Miamians had the same issue. In steps Best Date Ever. Their CEO, Andre Kay, created the platform to help men celebrate love every day and remove the angst and time consumption that comes with making exciting and unique new dates.

“One of our goals is truly to help every relationship reach its fullest potential,” said Kay [pictured above].

Best Date Ever is a nationwide web platform that helps busy men keep the spark alive in their relationships. Like many newly launched platforms, it uses AI which they call the Intelligent Cupid Engine (ICE), to give users date ideas they can execute with ease.

The AI is adept in everything regarding love and romance. Users can customize their dates by entering a desired budget, location, interest, activities, and more; ICE then outlines the date and the specific steps to execute it. Its calendar feature guarantees you won’t forget the special date with monthly, weekly, and daily reminders.

Since its launch in January, it has helped over 1,000 users plan special dates, and generate gift ideas. It even saved one user’s marriage with its “relationship help” feature. Their AI offers specific solutions catered to relationship concerns and ambitions because it is not distracted by any form of data other than love-related data.

“In tech, there’s something to manage your health, there’s something to manage your finances. There’s a platform to manage pretty much everything except your romantic relationship, which is crazy to me,” said Kay.

Kay recognized a gap in the market when his friends constantly sought his advice to plan special moments for their boos. After many requests, he decided to create a newsletter that provides a date night idea, a gift idea, and a love message. The newsletter grew from his close friend circle to around 20,000 subscribers in a year. But then Kay found himself with another problem, subscribers needed more help to keep the romance humming. Leveraging his entrepreneurial background, Kay drew upon his expertise in developing AI tools from one of his other ventures, social media marketing agency Sociallybuzz, to address this growing demand.

That’s when Kay and his co-founder, Martin Carter, decided to use AI technology to help men become better with relationships. For the Best Date Ever team, chivalry is not dead, it just needs to be revived and made more efficient. Kay believes the formula for successful relationships is communication, trust, and support. Their goal moving forward is to make the platform easy to navigate and always available.

Best Date Ever offers a free plan and an unlimited plan for $11.99 a month. The team is currently focused on their existing markets and target demographics since this insight will be pivotal in shaping their expansion strategy. “This approach ensures that our growth is informed, strategic, and aligned with the evolving needs of our users,” said Kay. Best Date Ever aims to help others keep the right person, but finding that person is still up to you.
