Mignow, a technology company providing AI-driven software migration solutions, announced it is opening a US headquarters in Miami. The HQ will serve as the operational base for the company’s North American expansion, which is already underway.
The Brazilian company founded in 2019 specializes in automating migration and update processes between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Its solution, an industry first, enables companies’ digital transformations with speed, accuracy and cost efficiency, automating around 80% of migration processes. The company, based in Sao Paulo, currently services more than 100 clients globally, including over 20 outside Brazil.
“Our Miami office marks the beginning of a long-term commitment to the U.S. market,” said Guilherme Joventino, Mignow’s COO and co-founder. “We’re planning significant expansion in 2025, with new hires across sales, consulting, and engineering to better serve enterprise clients and scale our impact nationwide.”
Specifically, the company told Refresh Miami that the company’s plan is to hire 15 to 25 people by the end of this year. The new hub, to be located in Brickell City Tower, will support all departments.
Mignow is among a wave of international and domestic companies recently announcing expansions to Miami: Israel-born Vee, an AI-powered platform for nonprofit organizations, announced its new headquarters will be in Wynwood; California-based Kandji, a global Apple device management and security company, established its East Coast base in Coral Gables, with plans to hire 100; and Danish EV charging company Monta relocated its operations to Wynwood, among others.
This North American expansion comes as the global SAP community prepares for SAP ECC end-of-life in 2027, prompting a surge in modernization initiatives. Mignow’s latest platform release includes enhanced capabilities such as Clean Core automation, annual upgrade accelerators, and intelligent impact analysis, all of which aim to make migrations faster, safer, and easier to maintain, the company said.
“Our end-to-end model isn’t just faster, it delivers real business outcomes with significantly fewer errors and far greater predictability,” said Joventino. “With proven results, strong alliances, and a platform built for scale, we’re ready to help U.S. companies modernize with confidence.”
In the U.S., Mignow is already working with NIKON and IvyTeh, and has worked globally with m Carrefour and Besi, among others. The company also maintains strategic partnerships with SAP, AWS, and Intel, which are helping to co-develop integrated solutions for enterprise customers across multiple regions.
